The 250D will still work fine on everything except rebanded Motorola 
Analog systems. That includes 800 MHz for most system types.

It will still work on:
Everything outside 851-869 MHz (not just 108-512 as the quote says)
851-869 MHz non-rebanded Motorola Analog systems
851-869 MHz EDACS systems
851-869 MHz Conventional systems
851-869 MHz LTR systems (If it does LTR)

It won't track P25 systems which is more of an issue than not being able 
to track rebanded Motorola Analog systems. Of course, it could never 
track P25 systems. The card could only be used on P25 conventional and 
P16 trunk systems that have P25 TGs.

All this said, I would agree with the $100-$150 price range. You 
essentially have an analog-only scanner which can be purchased new for 
$200 with Close Call and a lot of newer features. The 250D is 4 
generations old.

If you had the P25 card, it might add $100 to the price.

Actually, the programming cable is the most valuable accessory and is a 
huge selling point, as I'm not sure you can get them anymore.
