BC250 Question

Some years ago I purchased a BC250, and subsequently upgraded to the digital
card.  I can't seem to get the scanner to work with the digital card and P25
system.  I also have the ARC 250 software, and can't figure why it won't
work.  I sent the scanner back to uniden thinking it was a hardware issue,
but it was returned working properly.  The system I am trying to listen to
is a Motorola P25 system.  

 

Can anyone help?
