 Are you trying to program for the Statewide MPSCS system? If this is for
MPSCS system I'm afraid that the 250D can NOT monitor it.

For the conventional channels programming:

155.1900 WAC379 RM 103.5 PL Iron Sheriff Dispatch FM Law Dispatch

Press the Menu/back Key > Press 2 > Press 1 > Enter Channel No. 1 > Press
E key > Press 1: Frequency  > 155.1900 > E

OPTIONAL Alpha Tag setting appears if you want a alpha tag the channel:
Turn the orange scroll knob to the letter then press RSM key to go right
or Hold/Man key to go left.

Otherwise just press E key to just show the frequency
1: Other Channel Appears > Press 1 Key

Now we will program in channel 2 of the Iron County Sheriff

159.0900 KSB845	RM iron Shrf 2 Sheriff - Secondary FM Law Talk

Select a channel using the keypad or orange scroll knob
select channel 2
press E key
Press 1
Enter 159.0900 > Press E key
Alpha Tag Appears set it or just press E key.

3: Done 
Will exit to the main scanner screen. Press the SCAN button to monitor the
police frequencies you just programmed.

At this point you have programmed in all the necessary info to monitor the
frequencies 155.1900 & 159.09 MHz.
