Battery Pack

I have a BC250D and would like to know if anyone knows where I can purchase the replacement battery pack that holds AA batteries instead of the lousy rechargeable lithium batteries. The rechargeable batteries that came with the scanner have developed memories and even when new did not last very long. Help and thanks in advance.
