Well, when they first came out, they ran about $20-$25. Now since no one carries them any longer, the price could be anything. Send me a private e-mail and we can talk about it.

  I still have the programming cable for the Bearcat 250-D. I have been looking at 
  different web sites to get an idea as to what is a fair price to ask for it 
  but have been unable to find any. It is brand new (Never used) It came with my 
  radio when I bought it new and I never used it. When I sold the radio, the guy 
  that bought the radio said he only wanted to listen to local channels that were 
  conventional and wasn't interested in digital trunking. I understand Uniden no 
  longer offers this cable. I just want to sell the cable at a fair price but I am 
  not willing to give it away at a ridiculous low price. If you or someone else 
  could tell me what it is worth or how much I should ask for it I would like to 
  sell it to someone that really needs it and can use it. I would rather do it 
  this way than to put it on e-bay. I don't want to appear that I am holding 
  anybody up I just want to help a fellow radio enthusiast and at the same time 
  get a fair price for this hard to find and discontinued cable. I have also 
  attached some photos of the cable. Any help you would offer would be greatly 
  appreciated.

  Once you find a cable, there are several good programs to use. ARC250
  has a trial period before you have to pay for it. Freescan is free 
  and is my program of choice. try www.scannow.org for the program.

  The program from Uniden is available on their website, but is out of date
