The connector on the side of the BC250D is not a USB connector it is a prop=
rietary connector with a serial connector on the other end of the cable. Tr=
y removing the USB adapter and connecting the serial connector directly to =
the serial port on the computer. See if that fixes your problem.

The connector on the side of the BC250D is not a USB connector it is a proprietary connector with a serial connector on the other end of the cable. Try removing the USB adapter and connecting the serial connector directly to the serial port on the computer. See if that fixes your problem.<br>
