They looked like they were home made and both broke. I now have and us= e an IO Gear one I believe I bought from Amazon. It was $15 plus shipping,= but is high quality. It came with a CD with the drivers which I installed= and never have had a problem with it working properly. The USB to serial adapters are usu= ally for sale on eBay and Amazon for reasonable prices.
