I would suggest leaving the antenna connector alone and use
a solderwick to remove all solder from the circuitboard where
the antenna conector is soldered. You can then easily remove
the circuitboards to gain access to connectors and switches.

There have been several reports of users getting into trouble
when they have tried to disassambly the antenna connector,
so don't touch that nut.

But if I remember correctly, the loudspeaker connector, and
the rest of the switches for SQ and FUNC, where hard to get
to even when you have removed the radio and controller boards.
So a "Good Luck" are probably appropriate here.
