I have the same issue with ARC2. I purchased an older version of ARC2 and it worked great. I dowloaded the updated version (current Version) and used my original pass key when I purchased the software to get it out of demo mode. It say its gets out of demo mode but it won't write to the R2. I emailed Butel with a copy of my original e-mail showing the pass key to ask what the issue was and I received nothing back from Butel that I can recall.
