Arc2 software on XP-SP2

Hi,

I recently had to reformat my computer and reinstall XP-Pro, the 
problem now is that the Arc-2 software will not reinstall. Is this a 
known XP-SP2 problem with you guys? I get the error message:

(Header box) '16 Bit Windows Subsystem'
(Message)    'C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.NT. The system file is 
not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. 
Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.'

The options in the boxes are 'Close' and 'Ignore'. Yup, you guessed, 
they both exit the installation. I'm no way a novice with installing 
progs or most other software troubles but this has got me beat, also 
seeing the comments on Butels help reputation i'm not too sure what 
to do next so any advice would be warmly received.
