r2 gone bad?

Recently my R2 started behaving strange. Shows "Busy" constantly, no 
audio, and when I download memory using Bob Parnass' tk2, memory 
bank 5 has channels 01 to 20 missing, memory bank 6 & 7 only show 
channel 00, nothing else. All my memory data had been wiped out. Any 
ideas what happened? I am not aware of anything happening to the r2 
in the last few days. It was working fine a few days ago. Also 
anyone know of a way to reset a R2 to factory default settings?
