Re: Anyone have an earlier version of ARC2 software?

I initially queried an update with you on 7/27/04.  You suggested that I 
use http://www.butel.nl/codereq.html to request such. I did so.

No reply.

I tried again in December, filling in the request page a second time and 
also sending you an email on 12/20/04 at your arcsoftware-/[email protected] address 
telling you that I had sent a request via your web page as you had told me 
to do.

No reply.

Also went to http://www.butel.nl/codereq.html on 2/12/05 and tried again, 
filling everything in precisely as specified.

No reply.

I resorted to using this forum in order to either get an earlier version of 
the software that my code key would work with or possibly getting your 
attention. I am not normally in the habit of making a fuss in a public 
forum but this situation required something to get things rolling.

If it turns out that *I* was doing something wrong I will happily apologize 
in this public forum. If not....
