I have a website with many of the freqs you are after (I live just outside Albuquerque). Just click the "Albuquerque, NM Frequencies" link about 1/2 way down the page:

I also have some other air frequencies that I haven't had a chance to post on the website, and a couple of CSV Excel files that I built for use on my R2 with Bob Parnass' Tk2 program; I'll mail them to you directly. If you have Tk2 or a similar load program for your R2 you'll be able to dump all the local ABQ freqs straight to your radio; failing that you can open them with Excel and grab what you need from there.
