I have the interface from
http://www.blackbagsoftware.com/icr2/
the Blackbag software works fine (read, send)
and the Arc sends fine ,it just wont read,
the radio says it's sending the data but the software
just sits there at 0 percent on the bar display..
the radio does 100 percent send and then starts scanning
again.
