Hey guys, It is SOOOO simple to make your own battery pack !
Just go to your local electronics store and get 4 AA Nimh batteries with solder tags (you will even find some high capacity ones), solder them together in series (just follow the arrangement on your old pack) and wrap in tape.....easy !

  I got one at Radioshack that has been holding up pretty well.  Nothing else to compare it to.  Remember to unplug from your charger after 8-12 hours or they will lose their ability to hold a charge.  Good luck.
