I am in Saint John NB Canada and have a BC245XLT . It is working 
great and am hearing everything on it.
I do have a smal problem with the Public Safety talkgroups being a 
little noisy with a jingling sound in the background as they are 
talking,then it clears up and when the system jumps to another 
channel the jingling sound continues.However VHF and UHF sound great.
