See if the people of Senss will release the code so that you can re-work it as an update.  They will probably want it back after you re-worked it and take the credit for it, but so what, the update will have been made.

I still use my 245 all the time even thou I have newer radios. I agree about the Senss software.

Virtually no one actively supports this scanner with software anymore; I wrote to Ken D. with some suggestions for Scan Control (which is about the best there is, and I really hate their banks editor; and it is unstable at best on my XP machine...) to improve it, and he wrote back saying it's such an old radio, he's not interested in any more version changes to support it. I would bet you would get a similar response from all the others that *claim* to support it...

I really wish that someone would pick up the ball and redo the Senss program (and add a RadioReference import option). It seems there are still a number of 245s out there...73 Mike
