My suggestion would be watch Ebay.   The pinout to make your own is
available at the link below, but I have not been able to identified the
radio end plug to a part number, the serial plug is available at any
computer store.   Motorola/LG and other cell phones have a similar serial
data cable but I don't have one to test with.
