Yes I seen the pinout as well. I assume that the connections from one end of the cable to the other must just be a wire with no level converting. Has anyone actually measured that this is correct using an ohm meter?
Also I wonder if it will work with just pins 2,3,5 of the db9 or does it need all 9 connections made for handshaking?
