There isn't anything special about it or electronics in it. Cable is standard "AWM E101344 Style 20276 VW-1 80 degree C 30V DVI Analog Space Shuttle-C" which can be purchased online through many compute cable/wiring distributors. Your only problem is finding the connector for the radio. Connector had numbers on it but mine is well used and I cannot read the numbers anymore. I'm pretty sure if you checked out the older cell phone serial data cables you would find a match.
