Take a look at ProScan at www.proscan.org. It is not free, but it will give you a 30 day free trial and it is only $50 to register it. It will not only program the 780, but most other newer Bearcats. It also has the ability to run remote control as well as streaming by itself or thru the RadioReference or IceCast systems. Great software and a good author that supports his product. Roy N7QYK. I prefer freeware as money is tight at the moment but I can go with something that costs money if I have too. I just don't want to waste money only to find out the software is lousy - I get one shot at this. > > > > ------------------------------------ > > If you have come here to find out about the Uniden BC-780 you have come to the right place! In fact the discussion of the BC-780 is the only acceptable topic on this list. Please. I hope this is clear to all group members. > Community email addresses: > Post message: [email protected] > Subscribe: [email protected] > Unsubscribe: [email protected] > List owner: [email protected] > Shortcut URL to this page: > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UnidenBC780XLT > The group files page: > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UnidenBC780XLT/files/ > >
