Thanks for all the answers. I have googled for "CC780" but so far all I've found are broken links or readme files. Let me explain why I want cheap - I live in St. Johns County Florida. They are int the 150 Mgz range. The closest big city is Jacksonville which is trunked and encrypted as is the State frequencies. So all I have to listen or scan is the county stuff and the 2 meter repeaters (I am a licensed ham). My needs aren't too complicated since my listening options are limited so I don't want to negate that good deal by spending a large amount on software.
