I've uploaded CC780 to this group's Files section Ver 2.67a and it's
Delphi Source Code. Disregard the description version, I mistyped it.

I was a Beta Tester for Arc780, and continue to use it and it's
superior interface for program editing. For 24/7
monitor/recording/logging and streaming about a year ago I switched to
Proscan.
