Check out ProScan at www.proscan.org. ProScan works great on the 780 and should do Windows 7 with no problems too. Nice thing is you can try ProScan for 30 days before you have to register it. That way you will know for certin if it will do what you wnat BEFORE you have to pony up any cash. ProScan will Program, Control and stream remotely the 780 and most of the newer Bearcat scanners. I have several registrations of ProScan up and running with a 250D, 296D, 396T & 996T.
