Welcome to the group, I think you'll enjoy your new purchase, are you
considering hooking it up to a computer and using one of the available
programs to enhance your monitoring, you can enjoy it just fine without the
computer as it's very easy to program, it just makes frequency management
a little easier.   Be careful with the front knobs, they break if
mishandled, cats are experts at breaking them,
