You do not have it set up right for trunking. Go to RadioReference.com and select the RR Database on the left hand side. Select your state then county. Pick the system your looking for and program the frequencies and talk groups you want to receive. For a trunk system you need at least the four control channel frequencies, you can do without the rest of them if you use control channel only trunking. If you do you will have to select a plan. Also you will have to set the scanner for the type system your programing.
