I went back to the Butell site and downloaded Updated exe files for 
registered users (ARC250 Basic & Pro 1.111): 
Download ARC250PRO - V1.111 BETA - exe file only - Nov. 2004 
Replace existing arc250p.exe with this new version. 

I re registered the software under help register using the name and 
key found on my cd case and when I open Virtual Control it still 
says demo version max. twenty minutes.  It also said V1.111 version. 

When I close the program and reopen it says unregistered version 
please activate the softeware. To enter activation code select help 
register.  I then go in and enter my user name and key from my cd 
case again. When I check the version I am back to V1.100 and it says 
demo version.   

Is this because I didn't purchase the softeware directly from 
Butel.  Does that mean I can't upgrade from their web site?
