That is correct
 
In ID Search mode you will see the BANK TAG (name of the freq bank) and
the TG ID
 
In ID Scan mode you will see the TG ID and the TG ID Scan List Tag (name
of TG list)
 
Example
 
         TG No                    TG ID                     TG ID Scan
List Tag
1-1    48                Friendsville PD                    POLICE
1-2    64                Any  Town PD                     POLICE
 
2-1    128               Any Town FD                      FIRE
 
Every group of ten TG IDs can have an ID Scan List Tag assigned to them
