Can anyone answer this for me?

Ok so I have the BC785D and use it for analog scanning SFPD in bank 1 
and SFFD in bank 10. ( I like to keep the services seperate so yes I 
duplicated all the trunked freqs in both banks).

I moved to San Bruno and now have lousy reception of SF's trunked 
system. The signals are scratchy and weak but usaully readable. 

One bank 1, ocassionaly I lose total reception and the bank goes 
haywire. It doesn't show any of the lists I have prgrammed. I assumed 
this was because I lost the control channel signal (or whatever it's 
called). This was confirmed by me when I took the scanner up tp SF to 
see what would happen if it was in range as it functioned properly. 
back home it does the same goofy thing sometimes.

Now here's the odd part. Bank 1 now won't receive SF at all. It's now 
picking up the National Weather Service and showing other frequencies 
that were never programmed into that bank!!! I figured maybe it was 
because of the same issue, HOWEVER, bank 10, which is a duplicate of 
bank 1 does NOT act this way. It has the normal loss of recpetion or 
weak reception as 1 used to have (without the new problem).

What the heck? Did I lose everything in bank 1 and will I have to 
reprogram it entirely? And why is it acting different than bank 10 
which has the exact same frequencies?

If anyone knows what's going on please tell me.
