Do you hear a CC noise on any freq when on them manually? Press TRUNK
to check them (mine usually lands on the duty CC) but if not, use up
or down to step through the freqs.  Press Scan to return to scanning.

If the system is Motorola in any flavor, the freqs can be placed
anywhere in the bank in any order.  However, I like them first in the
listings.  For Motorola 800 or 900, you can program only the Controls
and alternate Controls and set the proper CC only plan.  See OM page 67.

If the system is EDACS or LTR, the freqs need to be programmed into
the bank in LCN (Logical Channel Number) order, I.e., as listed in a
correct resource.

Any choice you desire can be use for the alpha tag up to 16
characters.  I always prefer your choice for dispatch and use Fire
Dispatch or EMS Dispatch for those agencies.  Same with any tag, fit
the description (within 16 characters) matching the group.  Tag the
freqs in the same fashion, match the system/tower/agency etc.  These
will then appear on lines three and four accordingly. During coms,line
4 correctly defined will indicate the particular scanlist name when
scanning in ID SCAN mode and 3 will define the talkgroup.  IMO, both
lines are invaluable for trunk scanning.
