BC785D rounding problems

Using the Butel software, I have been trying to program a BCD785D, but it keeps changing the frequency I'm entering -- even when I make the channel step 5 MHz.

For example:

39.32 becomes 39.325
39.36 becomes 39.3625
44.74 becomes 44.7375

Is this just me?
