Re: I just ordered a BC785D today. Questions?

I think your area is Motorola II.  Find in the files section of this 
group a doc called How to program Motorola II Systems.doc 
Short cut for Mot II systems.  This will help until you get software 
of which I have several and prefer ARC.  You can use conventional 
freqs in a trunked bank but an active trunking system works better if 
conv's are not in the bank (or locked out). 

BTWm the 785 is a great radio, the 250 is the same except handheld.
