I am here to report that there is still much cellular traffic to  listen to 
in the USA with a 1984 Bearcat 200xlt - I have 2 of them & they  were mfg 
before the Cellular Ban of 1986. In other words they are  'grandfathered' and 
therefore completely LEGAL  ;>)
