W4RT One-Touch Tune - how to connected to computer for CAT

After many years of shelf time, I just powered up my FT-100D and it is 
working fine!

I have the FT-100D connected to an LDG AT-11MP Autotuner using the W4RT 
One-Touch Tuner. This connects using the FT-100D Band Data Cable Pigtail.

I never used it before for this radio, but now  I want to use Cat 
Control from my computer. The Cat Control cable also wants to connect to 
the FT-100D Band Data Cable Pigtail.

How do I do this? Is there such a thing as a "Y splitter" for the 
FT-100D Band Data Cable Pigtail?
