FT-100 Control Head Failure

I was installing my separation kit back into my vehicle when I noticed the control no longer powers up. I installed the control cable with the power plugged into the main unit and I think I probably arced across the terminal on the SK cable and shorted something. Anyone know where I should start probing or what might have failed?
