Hi Jim
I was using the atas120 on HF and then the next thing is that the  radio would receive but hardly transmit. Maybe 5w if that on ALL bands. HF, VHF and UHF.

I did all the resets i could find but no luck.

I sent it away for repairs and after considerable time and 2 technicians later they concluded that it was the control board.

What a helpless feeling.
