Hi W4IEN,

 

You need to hold the Func and Home buttons and then hold the power button until the radio turns on, keeping the other two held in. Once the radio turns on, the reset is complete. This resets everything to factors defaults and wipes all the optional settings and all the memories.

I have tried to do a master reset using the FUNC+HOME+PWR buttons.  When I try it the radio just turns on and that is it.  I really need to do a master reset on my radio.  Anyone have any ideas?  Can I do a master reset any other way?
