Hi Ray,

As someone else just pointed out, these are separate, surface mount tactile switches, not the membrane type. Their Yaesu part number is N5090095, which you can probably get out of Yaesu spare parts in California. Apparently the best it to give them a call on the phone.

I have not had my FT100D head apart for probably 12 years or more so had forgotten the type of switch they are.

Eric,
Thank you for the suggestion. Are there any caveats to getting at the conductive pads?

Another way to fix the conductive rubber pads is a very light wipe over with a very fine sandpaper or emery paper. This often works better than solvents and lasts longer. I have used this method for many years with 100% good results.

If it's one of those "conductive rubber" switches they tend to gum up
after a while; cigarette smoke for example is not good for them.

I've had some luck with using various solvents such as metho etc, but
YMMV.
