Sounds good Vlad. 
 A wide range tuner is the way to go. I use an LDG YT100.
 48inch is hard to tune and inefficient.
 The auto-turners are limited for inductance in general so I use  9-10m telescopic pole and wire with a tapped inductor. A few 8m steel measuring tape radials at the base and some times a balun.
 This works better than any mobile antenna.
 The best mobile antennas are monoband and centre loaded.
