separation kit (ysk-100)

I see a German source on eBay for ft-100 separation kits. Anybody in the
group have experience with these? Also, the mike connects to the main body,
not the control head. If you remote-mount the body how do you get a
connection back to the mike? The German source only shows the cable from
the head to the main body and a bracket. Is there a source for a mike
extension cable?
