Don't count on it working. The FT-100 uses resistors to determine what button is pushed. That includes the PTT switch. I got one that was the same model number, almost. I think it was the last character was missing. It wouldn't key the radio. What I ended up doing is replacing the resistor inside the mic with the one the radio wanted to see. All was well then.
