hi
i understand the cables and connectors
there is a bracket that the control head slides into, that what i was hoping, it will protect the connections on back of the head. i will mount that to a cup holder. that is what i have done with my 857 in another car.
i hace the bracket that will hold the main unit to the car, wherever i decide to put it

It includes the mounting bracket, cable, edge connector to the radio, mike extension cable and remote speaker extension cable. What it does not include is a way to mount the bracket to the car.. That is a separate item, which is still available from Yaesu. One of the things I will have to check is whether I can use it with the 891. If not then I will through that in for $10.
