I still have not received the part, originally ordered 5/11. I have
had many things shipped by USPS (mostly eBay transactions, which have
a greater potential for unreliable shipping than a major corporation,
I would think), and nothing ever got lost. I find it mighty
coincidental that the guy would make a point of telling me that they
would not guarantee shipping, and then it never shows up, don't you?
I've NEVER had anyone tell me that before, and I order tons of stuff
by mail.

I haven't gotten around to calling Yaesu about it, and I am
hesitating because I'm sure I'm just gonna get the standard
reply, "We told you we didn't guarantee the shipping." Frankly, I
think I may have been scammed, but for a total cost of $2.70 (which
they promptly billed), it's not at the top of my to-do list! I
consider it a cheap lesson about dealing with the Yaesu parts
division.
