Ken, Sounds like you really ought to consider buying a service manual. They aren't that expensive, and, considering the information you are seeking, should be well worth it. I'm not sure I could adequately answer your questions, and, frankly, having paid for the manual myself, I'm not inclined to scan it and distribute it. You can order a service manual at 714-827-7600. - Doug --- In [email protected], "Carrigan, Ken" <kcarrigan@a...> wrote: > Doug, > Nice to know! Wondering if you have a diagram for RF input circuit, where the RF signal amplitude (strength) is calculated and displayed. I'd like to pick that off and get a better reading/display if signal strength. Wondering also where the X10 attenuator is switched in too. > > Any information would be great! > Thanks, > Ken Carrigan > > ________________________________ > > From: [email protected] on behalf of Doug W. > Sent: Tue 6/28/2005 6:19 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [VR-500] Re: Circuit diagram for VR500 > > > > The FM Detector IC is the TA31136FN.
