help: s-meter full scale !

Hi everybody! I have a problem on my vr-500 and maybe someone can help me. The s-meter in any band and and in any mode is full scale (s9+++). The same is even without antenna connected. Sensitivity seems to be much lower and I can hear only strongs FM broadcasting signals. Nothing changed by resetting the equipment. Did any of you had the same problem?
