New VR-500 Owner

Hello,
I know this has probably been hased over before, but since I'm new to 
this radio and Yahoo Group, I'll ask again... What is the better 
software to use for the VR-500?   I see Yaesu has one to offer, and so 
does RT-Systems.

Which of the two are preferred?  Or are there any others?
