Selector switch and knob

Hi, I am sure this may have been answered before. I live in Norway and I have owned a VR500 for quite few years now... I am after the selector switch and also the knob, as mine broke, like many other. Any ideas where I can get this from in Europe? I have tried my local agent for Yaesu, but after 1 week, no reply...
