HI

 The VR500 certainly covers the frequency you specify. it will also 
tune down to increments of .05kc in all modes. I think it would do 
whay you want. You may need to use an antenna resonant on the 
frequencies you want to use. I cannot vouch for the other radios you 
mentioned but no doubt someone else can.
