It's been several years since I regretfully sold my VR-500 and a lot has changed. I now have a Pro-106 for all my Trunking and P25 comms and even though it's a great digital scanner it only covers a small spectrum. I missed the Wide Band frequency coverage and the portability the VR-500 offers. Now I will soon have the best of both worlds !
