OK,
I posted a question about this quite a while ago and did nothing. I have a VR500 which at minimal needs a new display (vertical lines). Yaesu suggests I send it in for an estimate. At $75 a half hour for repairs and a new unit cost of $200, would I be better off just buying a new unit?
P.S my email address has changed, will try to figure out how to update profile. Not trying to deceive.
